All the Imperial Guard. I'll paint for now.Warlord Epic Old and Middle Guard, 2 units of regular line, painted to represent Young Guard and Skirimishers as Velites. The Imperial Guard cavalry come from MiniFigs.
Scots with tartan kilts. At epic scale, no need for more than 3 colors on the kilts
